Signs and Plaques

Letter-cutting is one of my key skills. I make house signs, sundials and commemorative plaques for churches and public buildings, all with hand-cut lettering.

I can gild or paint the carved inscription, or leave the lettering plain in order to highlight the chisel-marks and natural properties of the stone.

I enjoy the shapes made by letters and I use lettering in many of my designs as a decorative motif.
