I particularly admire the work of sculptors such as Eric Gill, Barbara Hepworth and Henry Moore. I follow their direct carving methods, producing sculptures in natural British stones.
I make relief carvings in slate, limestone and sandstone. Carvings can be set into garden paving or into walls or they can be mounted on interior walls.
